Job description
The deputy sales head will lead a team of salespeople to help the sales head in achieving the sales targets of the company. Specific responsibilities include:
1) Supervising the processes of converting leads into site visits and sales
2) Motivating the team to reach their targets
3) Interacting directly with customers to close sales
4) Ensure that the collections target is met
5) Give mentoring and guidance to the sales team to help in the professional growth of the team members and ensuring the retention of talent
6) Ensure the provision of excellent customer service
