Understanding the Business Strategy & Operations
Act as a Strategic partner and Single Point contact between Business Units, Finance & Controlling :
Provide appropriate Financial Solutions - Pricing, Billing models, Business Cases etc.
Define & monitor KPI s in line with business objectives
Proactive steering by way of forecasting simulations, Analytics & Reporting
Driving continuous efficiencies & optimizations to retain cost competitiveness by way of digitalization, automations etc.

EXPERIENCE

TYPE OF WORK : Financial planning and analysis, Pricing, General Understanding of Accounting functions - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger & asset accounting

AREAS OF WORK : Finance & Controlling, Business Partnering

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

Problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management skills

Change management skills

Strong Interpersonal & Administrative Skills

Business Partnering & conflict resolution

Tools: End user experience in SAP S/4 HANA, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience in IBM Planning Analytics -TM1 & Tableau/Power BI would be an added advantage.

German language proficiency is an added advantage
