1. Ensure Quick Resolution & Management of Technical cases, prioritize & escalate to respective stakeholders.
2. Model wise Top Product Concerns Tracking, analysis, and Escalation for timely resolution
3. Ensuring support to dealers/internal stakeholders for operational requirements
4. Plan & ensure readiness of Dealer workshops for new product launches
