Role & responsibilities
Mission
Mission of this role is to build supply of 1000+ riders with 90% live fleet in Tier-1 City in next 12 Months.
Outcomes
Attaining 250+ live count number within 3 months.
Ensuring maximum rider earnings and to ensure margin/rider is attained as per set target.
Ensuring high level of discipline, efficiency and process are made to improve cluster Functional Competencies.
Must Have
Experienced to handle 50-100 team members.
Monitor, track and supervise team leaders for rider sourcing and client deliveries.
Prepare a daily roster of tasks for team leaders and track competition within timelines.
Conduct daily briefings with team leaders and apprise/motivate them to achieve service standards and metrics
Track and monitor the daily attendance of team leaders.
Ensure the safety of company assets and arrange to recover vehicles when necessary.
Ensure high utilization of rented e-vehicles by taking data-backed decisions.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall candidate experience, resulting in a higher satisfaction rate among candidates and improve employer branding for ScooEV.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
Monitored and analyse revenue trends, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. Implement strategic initiatives to increase revenue.
Improved efficiency: Implement process improvements and streamline workflows to increase team efficiency, resulting in a reduction in turnaround time for candidate evaluation and selection.
Reduce attrition rate: Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition rate within the first month, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in fleet/Rider management, last mile deliveries business operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
