C&I Designer (2D CAD and 3D Model Engineer) O&G,Petrochemical Plant

Job description
Role & responsibilities

Layout Instrument and Telecommunication systems based on project specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, plot plan, line list, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's), supplier and/or vendor drawings information and P&ID's.
Knowledgeable and able to operate 2D Drawing tools such as (AutoCAD, Microstation, SmartSketch Editor).
Knowledgeable in 3D Model review tools such as NavisWorks and Smart Plant review (SPR).
Prepare and issue quality Instrument and Telecommunication deliverables such as Instrument & Telecommunication Location Layout and Tray and Wiring Layout, System Architecture, Room Layout, Level Sketch, Cable Schedule, Hook-up, Typical Installation, etc for take off Bulk Material (Cable, Cable Tray, Pipe & Tube, Fitting, Hook-up Valve, Miscellaneous).
Perform model data consistency check, to do list and clash checks.
Work closely with Instrument and Telecommunication Design Engineers and Checkers to ensure Instrument and Telecommunication designs meet the project specifications and requirements.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Material) and Back Data
Extract Instrument Layout from 3D Modeling
Extract MTO from 3D Modeling
