Experience in structural crashworthiness
Understanding model kinematics and its implementation into the FE Model
Should have good knowledge of LS-Dyna, ANSA/HyperMesh
Good knowledge of Restraint systems (Airbags & Seatbelts) for side crash safety and Frontal crash safety
Good understanding of polymer material behavior, various material models of LS-Dyna for Polymers, Manufacturing process & design constraints
Should be competent in setting up system loadcase for Interior trims safety simulations, run & debug the models
Experience in design optimization and knowledge in plastic manufacturing
Evaluation of different concepts and method developments for front/side crash simulations
Pushing the digital boundaries for future readiness : Continuous monitoring and improving the current simulation and developing new methods to reduce the testing (for example : identify hardware tests (at least 2), that can be replaced by simulation and drive the implementation)
Knowledge of Post-processing and analyzing results
Technically guide the team members and support the activities
Good post-processing & results evaluation skills
