Responsibilities:
Business Prospecting:

Engage in strategic outreach, utilizing methods like social media marketing, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
Client Engagement:
Foster and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Sales Closure:
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, meeting and exceeding the designated sales quotas.
Employ consultative selling approaches and effective account management strategies.
Strategy Development:
Contribute to developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with business and technology partners.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration:
Work cohesively with internal teams, sharing insights, and developing initiatives to maximize client potential.
Be instrumental in performance management, team building, and cross-training initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis:
Document and monitor all customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue pipelines in CRM.
Present detailed and insightful business reviews to senior management, highlighting progress and barriers.

Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contemporary market trends.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with experience in online bidding and international client handling.
Technical Insight: Ability to convey business requirements to technical teams effectively, with a solid grasp of the SDLC.
