Job description

Objectives:

Actively support  for the development & implementation of the sales plans  that expands company's customer base, ensure its strong presence and keeping our company competitive.


 

Functional Responsibilities

  • To penetrate all targets  and originate up selling opportunities for the company products.
  • Constantly investigate and assess market conditions and competition to determine effective and productive sales programs.
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with all the current and prospective customers.
  • Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area segment and also prepare and conduct sales presentations for them.
  • To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
  • To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company payment terms and conditions.
  • Participate in end-to-end marketing activities from planning to execution to increase brand awareness & generating new leads.
  • Research market trends and competitor performance and  provides all the relevant information that helps senior management to develop sales plans & strategies.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure  proper coordination with bullion and operations department for timely delivery and payment settlement etc.
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and clients for profitable quotation to secure favorable arrangements for the company and to stay ahead of the game.
  • Responsible for the acquisition of  new customers  with a positive and efficient buyer experience from initial engagement through purchase completion.
  • Followup for payments including advance payment and amount due for the smooth flow of sales operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote B2B products that boost brand recognition and customer satisfaction and help to achieve the overall  sales goals.
  • Enable  proper communication with vendors to ensure adequate level of stock to meet the existing orders and future demands of clients.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Prepare and submit  sales reports  to senior management as required.

Internal process

  • Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section.  
  • Review and provide reports to management as and when required.
