Job description
Axis Finance Ltd is seeking a motivated analyst at Senior Manager / Manager level who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The analyst will assist in analyzing data and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Large scale data analysis and data mining to come up with portfolio insights for both Retail and WBG portfolio

Statistical modeling (ML / regression models) and segmentation thru decision tree to help solving key business problems

Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement

Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data

Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations

Help launch new initiatives, campaigns, analytical solutions, along with robust tracking

Help in running standard and analytical dashboard/ MIS
