Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple departments, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.
Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and manage the interview process.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment technologies.
Act as an ambassador for the company's brand and culture during recruitment efforts.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters degree in human resources
Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring talent for diverse roles across various functions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employer branding and how to enhance company image as an attractive employer.
