Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding for new staff.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for staff.

Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations, including those specific to schools. Maintain accurate HR records and files in compliance with legal requirements.
